A sweet onion, dipped in our delicious beer batter and deep-fried to "flowering" perfection. Served with tangy BBQ sauce.

Sesame BBQ Pork

Marinated premium pork loin, slow smoked on our wood pit, thin sliced and served with hot mustard, cocktail sauce, and sesame seeds.

Calamari Rings

Lightly breaded, golden fried calamari, served with cocktail sauce.

Our rub won first place at the Kansas City National BBQ Championship. No easy task, since we were competing against 63 other countries. We have the best barbecue in the World, because of our authentic, real approach to smoking our BBQ meats.
