HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BANQUET WITH

If you're having
a formal sit-down banquet, we will call for your final
guest count 14 days prior to your event and save space
accordingly. We will accept a 10% reduction in your
guest attendance. |

|
Buffets are
generously portioned based on your confirmed number of
guests, but are not "all-you-can-eat". Because we have
already prepared the amount of food you have requested,
we will only accept a 10% reduction in guest count for
the banquet itself. For example: If you have confirmed a
buffet for 50 guests and only 40 guest attend, you will
be charged for 45. We will gladly accommodate additional
guests and charge accordingly |
