HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR BANQUET WITH H.D. HOTSPURS

| 1. | Pay Your Deposit (50
guests and under: From $50 to $100; over 50 guests: From $100 to $150).
Your date is not confirmed until we have received your deposit. Our banquets are booked on a first come-first serve basis. Your deposit can be applied directly to your final bill or can be refunded at the conclusion of your event after full payment has been received.

2. | Call Fourteen (14) Days in Advance to Confirm Number of Guests. |
| Sit-Down Service: |
If you're having a formal sit-down banquet, we will call for your final guest count
14 days prior to your event and save space accordingly. We will accept a 10% reduction in your guest attendance.

Buffet Service: | Buffets are generously portioned based on your confirmed number of guests, but are not "all-you-can-eat". Because we have already prepared the amount of food you have requested, we will only accept a 10% reduction in guest count for the banquet itself. For example: If you have confirmed a buffet for 50 guests and only 40 guest attend, you will be charged for 45. We will gladly accommodate additional guests and charge accordingly

Final payment is made at the conclusion of your banquet and can be paid by credit card or with one check for the full amount.

5. | Cancellation and Refund Policies
- 100% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel fourteen (14) days or more in advance. (Except for the month of December).
- No refunds for December cancellations or no-shows.
- No refund if you cancel less than fourteen (14) days in advance.
